Here I would like to share my leadership activity before I came Deshpande foundation I didn’t know what is leadership activity .After joining I learnt lot of things. Date 5-06-11 this day world Environmental day that’s way I planned to make plantation I selected one government school which school need plants. And I met school principle he is very happy about my program. That time I got confident I will do success my leadership activity. And I met Forest officer they are also redy to give plants .also I met The Sikshana foundation they collaborated with me. I went Hare Basavana koppa village its belongs to kalagatgi taluk this activity under involved all student parents, Teacher .and SDMC members .Here I did one plan each plant should be take care each student also I gave each plant each student name and also I gave awareness about Environment .Before this activity I am very scared how to do this activity after I got more experience village people also Helped me I I did success leadership activity.
