EXTENDED VILLAGE STUDY

                         Here i would like to share my extended village study 

A study on “Social and Economical condition of migrated people” in  Hasrambi  village  Kalgatgi taluk.

Introduction:
On 27th, 28th and 29th April 2011 started my village study with lot of hopes and questions,
This study is on the Social and Economical condition of migrated people in village called Hasrambi village. Hasrambi   have 450 houses and 900 populations but most families migrated because they have less land, some people don’t have land, in village no have work in their village if they have work in their village but they don’t get silicified daily wage   and some people suffering un employment problem. These people have migrated from Bangalore.  In Bangalore they getting more salary that’s   way they are migrated. For sampling I have selected 20 families.
While doing this study I was very much happy to know the migrated people how they are leaving what’s there back ground. Why they are migrating .what is the main reason to migrate I learnt lot of things. It was good experience to me to know there life style. I visited there also to interact with them most of people were there itself.

SUBJECT -:  Social and Economical condition of migrated families

OBJECTIVE
v  To understand why they are migrating
v  To understand their Economical and Social condition
v  To understand their occupation
v  To understand their family back ground  to migration people



HYPOTHESIS
v  Villagers economical condition very poor
v  Villagers not getting job in village
v  Villagers working on less salary in village
TARGET   GROUP:       20 migrated families



WORK DETAIL:

First I started with village transect and collected information related to my subject and I come to know that 30% of Hasrambi  village people migrated because they suffering Economic problem ,un employment problem ,they don’t have property these all things I collected . I thanked them for giving information.


Then I visited School and we introduced our selves and we explained our subject, School Head madam, she supported us and she gave me all information related to our topic and we made one list of students who have dropout from school. And she had given us some guidance about how to approach students and their parents. It helped us to collect information.

Then I started my work, I  entered first house it was very horrible because that family was very poor that house two member migrated  family depended on two member I asked some question they told our family suffering economic problem  don’t have that’s way that family two member every year 8 month will migrate. After I went another village that village Muslim village that is a big family 12 member owl family depended only one person every year he migrate 4 month he have some land when he migrate after he return rainy season because land captivity purpose  and next summer season he will migrate how l collected information. While I seen these things I felt very bad .Later I visited houses in three days, but we get only 18 house information because 2 of them were out of station.
