                      It is a distressing that 40 lakhs of our country men ,omen and children are waiting for somebody to donate the eyes of their departed friends kith and kin and kin .we are sure if the long section of the people  understand the following facts there will be a spurt in voluntary eye donation.
1 eye donate is ony ofter death let our lives eyes live for ever after our death
2 Collection of eyes takes only 10 minute and and will not disfigure the face
3 Eyes are to be collected within 6-8 hour
4 Anyone cane donate their eyes even with catract ,poor shite
these all are things i learned this guest speaker class realy it was a good session to me because if one person will death we dint get him eyes that is west if that person donate his eyes reaky one person will get new eyes realy it was very use full

PRA MODULE

INTRODUCTION,
    I  and sandhya left Hsrambe  village we reached 11: am first we met Gramapanchyath membe name is parshuram we got some information Hasrambi village have a 900 population and 450 houses we said about our PRA model why we came Hsrambee what is our intention we said after some time 4 people came parshurama said those people our self we told evening we want people because we want share our PRA model then parshurama discussed among there people he said “night 8:30 we will gather .  
Observation
 then I and sandhya went transaction walk to village observation we saw so many things in village like ,lake, hanuman temple ,Durgamata temple ,Government school, land , masjit, ,Animals ,SHG groups and what is village situation we  learnt so many things about village  afternoon we had lunch village member nakula’s house he gave good hospitality to us .After lunch we went to meet main village persons so many people asked who are you why are you came our village?  we explained all things
Crops
Village people growing peddy, cotton, jawer  ,sugarcane, theare are all crops they  are growing they  all depend in rain .
Challenges /problems
while we went village we suffered some problem like sanitation problem, transportation problem, we thought how to gather people we suffered tease problem people also suffering so many problem like                                      
I met some village people they there problems they are suffering so many problem like road problem, sanitation problem, they don’t have any sanitation there village ,Grampanchayath do not work well they have do not gave any facility  after we met anganwadi teacher her name is sunanda I told about villege and SHG group .afternoon 2:pm we went again village observation we taken some photos about village resource .afternoon I have stress because I have confused evening people will come or not.

                                       
  


  

EXTENDED VILLAGE STUDY

                         Here i would like to share my extended village study 

A study on “Social and Economical condition of migrated people” in  Hasrambi  village  Kalgatgi taluk.

Introduction:
On 27th, 28th and 29th April 2011 started my village study with lot of hopes and questions,
This study is on the Social and Economical condition of migrated people in village called Hasrambi village. Hasrambi   have 450 houses and 900 populations but most families migrated because they have less land, some people don’t have land, in village no have work in their village if they have work in their village but they don’t get silicified daily wage   and some people suffering un employment problem. These people have migrated from Bangalore.  In Bangalore they getting more salary that’s   way they are migrated. For sampling I have selected 20 families.
While doing this study I was very much happy to know the migrated people how they are leaving what’s there back ground. Why they are migrating .what is the main reason to migrate I learnt lot of things. It was good experience to me to know there life style. I visited there also to interact with them most of people were there itself.

SUBJECT -:  Social and Economical condition of migrated families

OBJECTIVE
v  To understand why they are migrating
v  To understand their Economical and Social condition
v  To understand their occupation
v  To understand their family back ground  to migration people



HYPOTHESIS
v  Villagers economical condition very poor
v  Villagers not getting job in village
v  Villagers working on less salary in village
TARGET   GROUP:       20 migrated families



WORK DETAIL:

First I started with village transect and collected information related to my subject and I come to know that 30% of Hasrambi  village people migrated because they suffering Economic problem ,un employment problem ,they don’t have property these all things I collected . I thanked them for giving information.


Then I visited School and we introduced our selves and we explained our subject, School Head madam, she supported us and she gave me all information related to our topic and we made one list of students who have dropout from school. And she had given us some guidance about how to approach students and their parents. It helped us to collect information.

Then I started my work, I  entered first house it was very horrible because that family was very poor that house two member migrated  family depended on two member I asked some question they told our family suffering economic problem  don’t have that’s way that family two member every year 8 month will migrate. After I went another village that village Muslim village that is a big family 12 member owl family depended only one person every year he migrate 4 month he have some land when he migrate after he return rainy season because land captivity purpose  and next summer season he will migrate how l collected information. While I seen these things I felt very bad .Later I visited houses in three days, but we get only 18 house information because 2 of them were out of station.

INTRODUCTION

Evning again we went to trangation walk to gather people we visited house to house and said evning 8:30 come to hanuman mandir after night 8:30pm all people gatherd Hanuman temple we be pripaired with some meterials like Rangoli,Colour,Dring seet and marker. , I sandhya and villege people gatherd Hanuman temple I intrudused our self why we came villege I gave brief intduduction after I told make your villeg map some people are shye to come infront I and sandhya motuated them after they came I din’t bilive villege people are they have good knowledge they made wonderful map

Passive communication –
In free training I did’t understood well about this topic but today this class is very important to me passive communication means who have feeling they don’t fell others

Aggressive communication-
protecting ones own rights at the expense of others right does not consider actions as risk because these persons thinks they will get there way.
